These are foods that contain the right amount of nutrients needed by the body to fight against diseases and to have a strong immune system. These foods include fruits and vegetables as well as root crops and nuts. It is for everyone’s own benefit to eat all the nutritional foods to be mentioned here if it is possible. If not, some fruits and green vegetables should be included in everyone’s diet.
Based on surveys, there are foods that contain the nutrients, vitamins, and minerals needed by the body. Nuts and grains are needed by the body since it also contains the nutrients and vitamins. Some of these include almonds and Brazil nut. Pulses like lentils are also good. Another food which is considered as a healthy food is oatmeal. Now, what are the green leafy vegetables and fruits that should be included in one’s healthy and proper diet? Broccoli, kale, spinach, cabbage, apples, blueberries, avocados, and sweet potatoes are nutritious foods.
Fish, meat, and eggs are also needed. Salmon, mackerel, and sardines are some of the recommended fish to eat. And for the meat, chicken is the best choice. Eggs which is a good source of protein should also be included in one’s diet. In conclusion, all of the foods mentioned above are considered good for the health. However, it doesn’t mean that you have to consume a great amount. It should be consumed in moderation or just the right amount.
